A small terrace is accessible from one of the rooms.

The second building, named Casa Bruno, is accessible through the main outside entrance, through the doorway from the attached house Sandor and also though the large terrace on the upper floor, making this and the house as a whole very versatile, either as a family holiday home or as a summer rental property.

Casa Bruno features an open space living room and fully equipped kitchen on the groundfloor. Supporting this area is a bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a good sized pantry connected to the kitchen. The second floor is reached via a stairway and this is where the comfortable main living room with fireplace is located. From here we access the large terrace, covered with lots of vegetation and flowers, being one of the main attractions of the property. This outside space allows for larger gatherings and family or group meals.

The third and last floor is connected to the living room and features a ensuite bedroom with built-in wardroabs. The bathroom connected to the room is equipped with a shower. Last but not least, this room has access to a covered terrace with view over the village and onto the ocean.

A small storage space for two gas bottles is located on the main terrace. The property is connected to both mains water and electrics.
